I Know What I Know, More Proof that We Sing

This fun song is from Paul Simon’s Graceland album.  Last November, Enid friend and musician, Brad Fielder hauled his recording gear to our house and reassembled it on the breakfast table. We played fiddle and guitar together in the empty living room.  Then added Casey’s aluminum upright bass, and percussion.  The best part was when we all three 

stomped and clapped along to the track. Then Brad orchestrated a mix.  We liked it! 

To celebrate we drove to the best Pho noddle shop. Everyone pho’ed out, including our son August.   It was a peaceful moment. 

Later at the house, Casey and Brad wandered off and made a video for the autobiographical song, Black Mottled Back Porch Cat.
